This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. and delivered through a content delivery network with serving locations in the EU. When you visit the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data in server logs: IP address, date and time of access, requested page, browser type and operating system.

This processing is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) in operating the website securely and reliably. Log data is not combined with other data sources and is deleted automatically after a short period.

Orders for our plans are placed through the checkout of the payment provider Chargebee. Chargebee processes the data required for contract conclusion and billing on behalf of 1010 Works GmbH: name, company name, address, email address and payment details.

Fulfillment runs through our service postservice.at, which is also operated by 1010 Works GmbH. The legal basis is the performance of the contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and compliance with statutory retention obligations (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR).

When you contact us by email at hello@1010.works, we process the data you provide (email address, name, content of your message) to handle your request. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures or of the contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in responding to your request (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

The core of our service is receiving, storing and, depending on your plan, digitizing and forwarding your business mail. In doing so, we necessarily process personal data contained in your mail, including data of senders.

Processing takes place in compliance with the GDPR directly at our location at Seitenstettengasse 5/37, 1010 Vienna, exclusively to perform the contract concluded with you (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). Scans are delivered to the email address you specify. Our staff is bound to confidentiality.

This website uses technically necessary storage, for example to store your language preference and to remember your cookie decision. No consent is required for this.

For reach and usage analysis we use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Analytics is only loaded and activated after you have given your consent via our cookie banner. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Until you consent, no analytics cookies are set; through Consent Mode only anonymous, cookieless signals are transmitted. After your consent, Google processes usage data such as a shortened IP address, device and browser information and the pages you visit, possibly also on servers in the USA; the data transfer is based on the EU standard contractual clauses. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the cookie settings in the footer.

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Contract and billing data is retained in accordance with statutory retention obligations (generally seven years under Austrian commercial and tax law). Inquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted once they have been dealt with, unless retention obligations apply.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing. Any consent you have given can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

To exercise your rights, an email to hello@1010.works is sufficient. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at).
