The meeting room is part of the 1010 Works GmbH office and is used primarily by our address and coworking customers. That keeps it available, well kept and quiet.

The Premium business address plan (129 euros per month with yearly billing, 149 euros monthly, plus VAT) includes 4 hours of meeting room time per month. For regular client meetings that usually covers it.
External bookings on request
Not an address customer but need a room in the first district? Send your date and duration via the contact form. We reply with availability and terms, honestly and without a booking portal.
Location and getting here
Seitenstettengasse 5/37, 1010 Vienna, between Schwedenplatz and Hoher Markt. Metro U1 and U4 at Schwedenplatz two minutes away, trams 1 and 2 on Franz-Josefs-Kai, the airport in about 25 minutes via the CAT.

How much does a meeting room in Vienna cost at 1010.works?
The Premium plan at 129 euros per month with yearly billing already includes 4 hours of meeting room time per month. External bookings are possible on request, with terms quoted per date and duration.
If you need the room regularly, the Premium plan is the best route: it combines the registered business address in the first district with mail scanning, EU-wide forwarding, RSb acceptance and the 4 room hours. For one-off meetings, a short request via the contact form is enough.
Where is the meeting room located?
At Seitenstettengasse 5/37, 1010 Vienna, in the first district between Schwedenplatz and Hoher Markt. The Schwedenplatz metro station (U1, U4) is a two-minute walk away.
Getting here is simple for out-of-town guests: from the main station take the U1 straight to Schwedenplatz, from the airport it is about 25 minutes. Restaurants and cafés for extending the conversation are right around the corner.
How do I book the meeting room?
By request via the contact form or by email to hello@1010.works, stating your preferred date and duration. Premium customers simply coordinate their included hours with us directly.
There is deliberately no self-service booking portal: the room belongs to an actively used office, so we check every request personally and confirm on short notice. Include date, time and number of participants and it moves fast.
Is the room suitable for workshops or seminars?
For meetings, client appointments and small workshops, yes. It is not designed for larger seminars with many participants.
We would rather say that upfront than disappoint on the day. If you are unsure whether your group size fits, send us the number of participants and you will get a clear answer.
