Mail reception and parcel acceptance
Letters and parcels are received in person and stored securely. Self-pickup Mon to Sun via the digital access system, with your company nameplate on the mailbox.
Mail scanning as PDF
Incoming letters are opened, scanned and delivered to your inbox as PDF. Unlimited in the Plus plan, no monthly cap. Read your mail wherever you are.
Physical mail forwarding
Originals you need in hand are forwarded by post to any address you choose. Forwarding is optional: decide per item or set up a standing instruction.
Forwarding across the EU
The Premium plan forwards your mail to any address within the entire EU. Ideal if your company is registered in Vienna while you work from abroad.
RSb registered mail with postal authority
Official Austrian RSb letters are accepted for you in the Premium plan, based on a postal power of attorney. RSa letters require personal delivery to you and cannot be accepted by anyone else.

How does the scan service work?
Incoming letters are opened on site, scanned and emailed to you as PDF. Scans are unlimited in the Plus plan, from 79 euros per month with yearly billing.
You receive every item digitally without coming to Vienna. Originals are stored on site, and we forward them physically to any address on request.
What happens to parcels?
Parcels are received in person at Seitenstettengasse 5/37 and stored securely. You pick them up Mon to Sun via the digital access system.
Parcel acceptance is included in every plan, starting with Basic at 49 euros per month with yearly billing. You are notified as soon as a delivery arrives for you.
How fast is mail forwarded?
The fastest route is the scan: your mail reaches you as PDF by email as soon as it is processed. Physical forwarding is dispatched by post, so transit time depends on the carrier and destination.
Deliveries within Austria are usually considerably faster than international ones. The Premium plan forwards to any address in the EU.
Who handles my mail?
The team of 1010 Works GmbH, directly at Seitenstettengasse 5/37, 1010 Vienna. No external provider, GDPR-compliant processing.
1010 Works GmbH (FN 485871 t) operates the location itself and has processed business mail here since 2015 via its service postservice.at. Your mail only leaves the building when you order a forwarding.
Can I receive official Austrian RSb letters?
Yes, the Premium plan accepts RSb letters for you based on a postal power of attorney. RSa letters require personal delivery and can never be accepted by third parties.
The Premium plan costs 129 euros per month with yearly billing and also includes EU-wide forwarding and 4 hours of meeting room per month.
