How much does a business address at 1010.works cost?

The Basic plan costs 59 euros per month, or 49 euros per month with yearly billing (588 euros per year), plus VAT.

Plus with scanning costs 89 euros monthly or 79 euros with yearly billing (948 euros per year), Premium 149 or 129 euros (1548 euros per year). There is no setup fee. Every plan includes mail reception, parcel acceptance and self-pickup Mon to Sun.

Is the address valid for company registration in Austria?

Yes. Seitenstettengasse 5/37, 1010 Vienna is a real physical address with an actual office behind it, valid for the company register, imprint and official mail.

A PO box does not qualify as a registered business address in Austria. That is exactly why we run a real office at this location instead of a letterbox model. We have provided business addresses here since 2015, via our service postservice.at.

Can I use the address on my imprint and invoices?

Yes. The address is usable for your imprint, invoices, business cards and the company register immediately after sign-up.

The Basic plan includes a company nameplate on the mailbox. Plus adds a prominent nameplate as well as your logo and a link on our website.

Where exactly is the address located?

Seitenstettengasse 5/37, 1010 Vienna, in the first district between Schwedenplatz and Hoher Markt.

Schwedenplatz station (U1 and U4) is a 3 minute walk away, which makes the location easy to reach for you and your business partners, including for self-pickup of your mail.

02Digital mail handling

Virtual office

What is the difference between a business address and a virtual office?

The business address is the legal address of your company. A virtual office adds digital mail handling on top: scans as PDF, forwarding and parcel acceptance, without renting your own office.

At 1010.works the Plus plan covers the typical virtual office setup: a registered address plus unlimited scans, with your mail delivered as PDF straight to your inbox.

Which plan works best as a virtual office?

Plus, at 89 euros monthly or 79 euros with yearly billing, plus VAT: unlimited scans as PDF via email and optional physical mail forwarding.

If you need more, Premium adds RSb registered mail acceptance with postal authority, forwarding across the entire EU and 4 hours of meeting room per month.

Does the virtual office include access to a meeting room?

Yes, the Premium plan includes 4 hours of meeting room per month.

Premium costs 149 euros monthly or 129 euros with yearly billing, plus VAT. That way you can meet clients right at your business address in the first district.

Coworking and office

Are there real workspaces at the location?

Yes. Behind the address stands a real office with workspaces and a meeting room in the heart of the first district, not just an address service.

Seats are deliberately limited. Access works via a digital entry system, so you can use the office flexibly.

How much does a coworking seat cost?

Coworking seats are limited and allocated on request. We discuss conditions individually.

How does access to the office work?

Through a digital entry system, available Mon to Sun.

Address customers use the same system for self-pickup of their mail. On-site appointments are available by arrangement.

04Reception, scans, forwarding

Mail and scanning

How do I receive my mail?

Two ways: self-pickup Mon to Sun via the digital entry system, or as a PDF scan delivered straight to your inbox (Plus and Premium plans).

Mail and parcel reception are included in every plan. Plus offers optional physical forwarding, Premium forwards across the entire EU.

Do you accept official RSa and RSb registered letters?

We accept RSb letters in the Premium plan with postal authority. RSa letters may only be delivered to you in person and therefore cannot be accepted by any address provider.

This is regulated by Austrian law and applies to all providers equally. We believe honest information on this belongs in the conversation before you sign up.

What happens to my mail when my company moves?

The Premium plan includes 6 months of mail service after your address change, so nothing gets lost during the transition.

Incoming mail to the old address stays covered while your new address takes hold with clients, suppliers and authorities.

Is my mail handled in compliance with the GDPR?

Yes. Your mail is processed in compliance with the GDPR directly at our location at Seitenstettengasse 5/37.

Processing happens solely to fulfill the contract. You can find the details in our privacy policy.

05Terms and billing

Pricing and contract

How long am I committed?

With monthly billing, every plan can be cancelled monthly. With yearly billing you save two monthly fees.

Example Basic: 59 euros per month, cancellable monthly, or 588 euros per year, which works out to 49 euros per month, plus VAT in both cases.

How do ordering and billing work?

You sign up online through the Chargebee checkout. Fulfillment and billing are handled by our service postservice.at.

The same company stands behind both: the 1010 Works GmbH, providing business addresses at this location since 2015. You manage your subscription in the postservice.at customer portal.

Do prices include VAT?

No, all listed prices are exclusive of VAT.

For businesses entitled to input tax deduction, VAT is a pass-through item. It is of course itemized on your invoice.

Is there a setup fee?

No. You pay the plan price only, with no setup fee and no hidden costs.

Signing up online takes a few minutes and the address is usable immediately afterwards.
