The office at door 37 has been the location where 1010 Works GmbH manages business addresses since 2015, and since 2018 as its own company (FN 485871 t). It is an established, well-kept office, not an anonymous listing from a property portal. Entry via a digital access system, Monday to Sunday, with a meeting room in the building.
Because the location is small, we let office space and desks selectively and without a public price list. How much does office space at 1010.works cost?
Terms for office space are available on request and depend on scope and duration. Because availability is limited, we deliberately do not publish a price list for entire offices.
That is not a sales tactic but a consequence of size: one location, few spaces. For orientation: a dedicated coworking desk costs 269 euros per month (249 euros from three months), and the registered business address starts at 49 euros per month with yearly billing.
Where exactly is the office located?
At Seitenstettengasse 5/37, 1010 Vienna, in the first district between Schwedenplatz and Hoher Markt. The Schwedenplatz metro station (U1, U4) is a two-minute walk away.
Stephansplatz, the Danube Canal, banks and public offices are all within walking distance. From Vienna Airport you reach the office in about 25 minutes via the CAT and metro.
Who is the office suited for?
For self-employed professionals, small teams and companies that want a representative presence in the first district without renting an entire office floor.
Typical tenants combine the office with the business address: company seat, mail and workspace at one address. If you only occasionally need a room for meetings, the on-site meeting room covers that, with 4 hours per month included in the Premium plan.
