Seitenstettengasse sits in the oldest part of Vienna’s city center, a short walk from the Danube Canal. Working here means the first district at your doorstep and the best transport links in the city.

Seitenstettengasse 5/37, 1010 Vienna. Between Schwedenplatz and Hoher Markt, three minutes on foot to the Danube Canal, five to Stephansplatz. Restaurants, banks and public offices are all nearby.
Getting here
Metro lines U1 and U4 stop at Schwedenplatz, two minutes away, with tram lines 1 and 2 on Franz-Josefs-Kai. From Vienna Airport you are at your desk in about 25 minutes via the CAT and metro.

We are deliberately small. Instead of hundreds of flex desks there is a manageable number of workspaces in a real office, run by 1010 Works GmbH itself.

Meeting room on site
A meeting room at the location is available for client meetings and calls. Premium business address customers use it for 4 hours per month.
Internet and infrastructure
Fast WiFi and standard office infrastructure are in place. Everything else we sort out in conversation, matched to how you work.
Mail and address in the same building
Registered business address, mail reception and scanning run at the same location through our service postservice.at. Workspace and company seat under one address.

Where is the coworking space located?
At Seitenstettengasse 5/37, 1010 Vienna, in the first district between Schwedenplatz and Hoher Markt. The Schwedenplatz metro station (U1, U4) is a two-minute walk away.
Seitenstettengasse is part of the oldest core of the city, connecting Rabensteig with the quarter around Judenplatz. Stephansplatz, the Danube Canal and Franz-Josefs-Kai are within walking distance, along with plenty of places for lunch and client meetings.
How is 1010.works different from large coworking chains?
Scale and ownership. 1010.works is a single, real office with a limited number of desks, operated by 1010 Works GmbH, which has run business addresses at this location since 2015.
Large providers market hundreds of desks across floors and cities. Here you know the people in the room and the managing director personally. There is no booking platform with an availability calendar, just a conversation about whether space and needs match.
And there is a combination chains do not offer: registered business address, mail service and workspace at the same address, from one provider.
How much does a coworking desk at 1010.works cost?
A dedicated desk costs 269 euros per month, or 249 euros per month from three months onwards, each excl. VAT. Around-the-clock access is included.
For comparison: the registered business address at the same location is available separately from 49 euros per month. Both can be combined, company seat and workspace at one address.
Do you offer day passes or only fixed desks?
Fixed desks have a fixed price (269 or 249 euros per month), day-by-day use is arranged individually on request.
We deliberately do not sell a self-service day pass, the space is too small and too personal for that. Tell us what you need: one day a week, a fixed desk, room for your two-person team. We will tell you honestly whether it fits and on what terms.
How does access work?
Through a digital access system with your own personal credentials, Monday to Sunday. Once set up, you enter the office without keys and without front-desk staff.
Our address customers use the same system to pick up their mail. Every entry is personalized, so there are no shared keys and no opening hours to keep in mind.
05Honestly
Many people do not need a desk at all.
If what you really want is a representative company address in the first district and you work from home or at your clients anyway, the business address from 49 euros per month is the better fit. Mail reception, scanning and self-pickup Monday to Sunday included, no coworking contract required.
